The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by KJ Invoice and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the invoices you create using our Service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KJ INVOICE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KJ INVOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE

IN NO EVENT SHALL KJ INVOICE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR USING THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KJ Invoice, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
